Training Schedule

I have posted the training schedule for next week. This week is a very full week due to last week's inservice and my being away for a conference. Next week will bring us back to a Monday -Wednesday training schedule. Although meetings are not planned with CFF teachers during Thursdays and Fridays on a normal week, you may schedule for additional meetings as you wish.

Embedded Learning Class

Congratulations to the large number of you who have been able to successfully complete the embedded learning course. The only step left for individuals that have finished their coursework is the final sync point discussion. This is a face-to-face interactive discussion with the entire study group. Please give feedback for when you would feel this event would be best held for your study group.

Inservice

Thank you all for another well operated inservice day. All the credit for this goes to our wonderful faculty and administration. Thank you.

Middle School Team,

I have posted my individual training schedule to my webpage for the remainder of this week and the following week. You will see that I have scheduled open time for appointments.

Please email me in order to schedule a meeting during a open planning period. If you have any questions about your Smartboard software, or any other project idea you have using technology do not hesitate to ask.

I am attaching an individual training curriculum for all of you to peruse. This will hopefully give you some ideas as per what you would like to work on.

1. Next week's training schedule is posted on my wiki on the training schedule page. It is the second calendar on the page.

2. We will have the upcoming inservice to work on our course. We will have a quick meeting in the morning. Stay tuned for official mail.

3. During your next training we will all work to make Activstudio work much like PowerPoint. We will also delve into writing directly into Microsoft Office products using the activ marker option.

4. If you have skype, turn it on upon arrival for quick communication.

Training Schedules

As I told you in a previous e-mail, trainings for CFF will be on a scheduled basis. They will occur once every two weeks for all CFF teachers. They take place during a planning period and are posted a week before. Next Week's schedule has been posted.
